Career Path Diversification Seminar

This is a program to consider diversifying the career paths of young researchers.
This program provides concrete, experiential learning about the diversity of doctoral career choices available to students.

Doctoral course post-doctors (PD) (PD) to understand their own social position, recognize the importance of career choices, conduct self-analysis, and consider where they want to be active in the future.

The requirements for obtaining credits vary depending on the course. Please see the syllabus for details.

大学院共通授業科目「博士研究者のキャリア開発研究-赤い糸会-」および生命科学院専門科目(博士)「博士研究者のキャリア開発研究(赤い糸会)」の場合、以下の1〜3のプログラムをすべて満たすことが単位取得の必須要件となります。

なお、各プログラムにおいて受講したと認められる要件が異なりますので、S-cubicへメールにて「単位取得希望」の旨をお知らせください。

    • Scheduled to be held in December 2026 (credit-bearing date)
    • Scheduled to be held in January 2027 (not eligible for academic credit)

Those eligible for credit recognition

  • Doctoral course (DC) only
  • For Career Path Diversification Seminar III, credits will be awarded for participation in only the first session.

Requirements for obtaining credits:
3. Graduate school common course: "Special Workshop on Generic Skills I"

For the graduate-level common course "Special Workshop on Generic Skills I," the evaluation is based on a combination of attendance and reports.
Completion of at least three of the following seminars is a mandatory requirement: Career Path Diversification Seminar I (Project Facilitation), II (Negotiation Studies), III (Research Appeal Skills Enhancement Workshop), and Advanced COLA.
*For Career Path Diversification Seminar III, participation in the first session only will be sufficient to earn credits.
